    The Gentleman's Club

    Become a
    Mentor

Every gentleman was once a boy who had someone believe in him. Step into that role — with the training, structure, and brotherhood to do it well.

    Why Mentor

The most important room you'll ever enter

Mentorship here is not a casual favor. It's a real, structured commitment to a young man's becoming — and the most lasting investment you can make.

    Change one life completely

A mentor is the difference between a door noticed and a door opened. You become the steady adult a young man can call when it counts.

    A structured, supported role

You're never on your own. A multi-year curriculum, a match supervisor, and a logged check-in cadence give your time real direction.

    A brotherhood of mentors

Join attorneys, executives, tradesmen, and leaders who have chosen to invest in the next generation — and in each other.

    Leadership that compounds

The habits you model — punctuality, integrity, grace under pressure — become the habits a young man carries for life, and passes on.

    Mentor Application

    Tell us about yourself

Share a little about who you are and why you want to mentor. Every application is read by a person, and we follow up to walk you through the next steps.

    About You

    How You'd Mentor

What happens after you apply. Mentoring minors carries a duty of care, and we hold it seriously. Before any match is made, every mentor completes a Sterling Volunteers background check with continuous monitoring, mandated-reporter training, and our code-of-conduct and safeguarding onboarding.

One-on-one mentorship happens on a monitored channel; in-person time is supervised group events. We hold a strict no-secrets, parental-transparency rule. This isn’t red tape — it’s the standard that makes the relationship safe for everyone, and it’s enforced in our system, not just our policy.
