If a matter falls outside the free lane or our scope, we may refer you to outside counsel. The Foundation's Executive Director, Anthony Clemenza, is also the principal of The Clemenza Law Group; where that firm is among the options, the affiliation is disclosed to you, any rate is disclosed in advance, and he takes no part in the referral decision. You are always free to choose your own counsel, and declining a referral does not affect your eligibility for the program.
