For prevention and education

Begin with official public-health guidance from the CDC, WHO, and American Heart Association. Bring questions to a qualified clinician who understands your history and local care context.

For inherited lipid risk

The Family Heart Foundation provides education and care-navigation resources related to familial hypercholesterolemia and elevated Lp(a). The Foundation is exploring an educational conversation with the organization and does not claim a partnership.

What comes later

A searchable, geographically filtered directory requires assigned verification, current partner information, accessibility review, and ongoing maintenance. It remains a later phase.
