    Heart attack warning signs can include

    • Chest pain or discomfort that lasts for more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back
    • Shortness of breath
    • Pain or discomfort in the jaw, neck, back, arm, or shoulder
    • Weakness, lightheadedness, faintness, or a cold sweat
    • Nausea, vomiting, or unusual tiredness

    Stroke warning signs can include

    • Sudden numbness or weakness in the face, arm, or leg, especially on one side
    • Sudden confusion or trouble speaking or understanding speech
    • Sudden trouble seeing, walking, or keeping balance
    • A sudden severe headache with no known cause
