Seat Forward · Corporate partners
The suite is paid for either way.
The empty nights are the decision.
Seat Forward turns your company's unused seats — suites, season tickets, house seats — into first nights out for young people, veterans, and families across the New York City metro area. The logistics run on our side; the record comes back to yours.
The math
Count the empty nights.
Every season box and ticket package has nights nobody takes — the away-game stretch, the August calendar, the client dinner that ran long.
Take a suite with twelve seats that goes unused forty nights a season: that is four hundred and eighty seats a year, paid for and empty. The numbers are illustrative — yours will differ — but your box office can tell you the real ones, and today they round to zero.
Seat Forward gives those nights a second job. The seats are already bought; the events are already happening. The only thing missing is the decision to send them forward.

The work
You send the tickets.
Everything else runs on our side.
One conversation
You tell us what you hold — a suite, season tickets, house seats — and how the empty nights usually happen. We set up your account and a single point of contact.
Seats transfer in minutes
When a night opens up, your team sends the tickets through the partner portal. Pre-filled details, instant confirmation, no phone calls.
Placement runs on our side
Every seat is offered through vetted, community-serving partner organizations, with safeguarding — background-checked partners, chaperones for minors — already in place.
The record comes back to you
Written acknowledgment for every gift as it happens, and one year-end summary your finance team can file. Individual tax treatment varies.
The evidence
What the report actually contains.
One annual partner report, written against the season your company actually gave — not a brochure. Field by field:
The annual partner report · Specimen
- Seats donated
- Every ticket you sent, by event and date.
- Placements by recipient group
- Where the seats went — young people, veterans and military families, families facing hardship.
- Partner organizations
- The vetted community organizations each placement ran through.
- Acknowledgment record
- The written acknowledgment trail for your files, consolidated into one year-end summary.
- Stories, where consent exists
- First-night accounts shared only with the family's written consent — never invented, never staged.
Recognition — your name and a neutral description of your business in our program materials — is acknowledgment, not advertising, and is set out in the written partnership record. EIN: 20-4557510.
