Eligibility and verification
We may ask for a partner referral, school or program connection, or another verification path. Verification opens access to the matching pool; it does not guarantee a ticket.
Seat Forward · Support
Answers for families, donors, and partners before an experience is claimed, transferred, or attended.
Seat Forward is designed to keep the practical details visible: who may claim, what happens next, what the venue controls, and how to reach a person when plans change.
We may ask for a partner referral, school or program connection, or another verification path. Verification opens access to the matching pool; it does not guarantee a ticket.
Read the event rules, complete the claim steps, and keep your confirmation and ticket link private. A claim expires at the deadline shown in your invitation.
Tell us as soon as you know you cannot attend. Returning a seat gives another family a chance and helps protect future access for the community.
Share accessibility needs early so we can coordinate with the venue or organizer. Contact us before claiming whenever possible.
A youth outing cannot lock until the applicable guardian consent, medical, conduct, media-choice, and event-rule acknowledgments are complete. Foundation-chaperoned outings also require the cleared-adult ratio.
For a time-sensitive event question, email tickets@supportlegacy.org with the event name, date, and your reference number. Do not send a ticket barcode in an unsecured email.
Review the applicable agreements before you claim or donate.
