Koala

An arboreal marsupial of eastern Australia that feeds almost entirely on eucalyptus leaves and rests for most of the day. Listed Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List; the Queensland, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory populations are separately listed as Endangered under Australian national law.
